Inclusion Engagement Support Tour
The United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust is made up of a number of hospitals within the Lincolnshire region, being spread over such a wide geographical area and with space always at a premium in hospitals they required a mobile unit to travel to various hospitals and provide the welcoming space they required to interact with the hospitals staff with a staff engagement tour
RSP02, the only double decker available at the time, turned out to be just right for the job, allowing the trust to engage with staff at each location easily and effectively, the every definition of a staff engagement tour.
With its built-in kitchen, external awning and split level seating and meeting areas local staff were able to mingle with onboard staff in an easy and relaxing environment
