Selco Rewards Tour

In this Project description/case study, we will present one of our recent projects: the Selco Rewards Roadshow Bus, a promotional campaign by Selco Builders Warehouse, a trade-only builders’ merchant with branches in England and Wales. The campaign aimed to engage and reward their staff with various benefits and prizes.

Background
Selco Builders Warehouse is a leading supplier of building materials, tools and equipment for trade professionals. They have over 70 branches across England and Wales, offering a wide range of products and services at competitive prices.
Selco wanted to launch a rewards programme for their staff, to recognise their hard work and loyalty, and to promote their well-being and morale. They also wanted to raise awareness of the various benefits and services that they offer to their staff, such as health care, retail discounts, savings schemes, cycle to work schemes, and holiday buy zones.
They approached us to help them design and deliver a promotional campaign that would reach their staff across the UK, using our promotional bus service.
Solution
We provided one of our double decker promotional buses, RSP14, for the campaign. The bus was fully branded with Selco’s logo and colours, and had interactive zones where staff could learn about the services offered by Selco. Staff could also participate in challenges and competitions to win prizes such as bikes and extra holiday days.
The bus tour lasted for seven weeks, starting from June 20th, 2022. The bus visited 34 branches and the Support Centre across the UK, covering Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, London, Southampton, Bristol and Cardiff. The tour was planned and managed by our experienced team, who ensured that the bus was safe, clean and ready for each visit.
Conclusion
We are proud to have delivered this project for Selco Builders Warehouse, one of our valued clients. We believe that our promotional bus was an effective and innovative way to showcase Selco’s rewards programme and to boost staff well-being, loyalty and morale.
