New to Roadshow Promotions is the Digital Screen Hospitality Bus Class of vehicle with the first of these being our double decker bus, RSP23 with a further, identical bus, (RSP22) being planned for late 2023.
These digital screen hospitality & meeting class buses will ultimately consist of various promotional event vehicles with large digital screens attached, these promotional vehicles will be highly suited for experiential campaigns, corporate hospitality or meeting events, exhibitions and trade fairs.

Digital Display Bus(es)
Our digital display bus or Digibus can be utilised for a wide range of promotional tours either as the primary or secondary vehicle.
Especially were either a meeting or hospitality type interior is a must.
As the primary or only promotional vehicle these buses can undertake a variety of tours in their own right, due to their built-in features, specifically they’ve been designed to be used as hospitality or meeting buses, where the emphasis is on the interior, with their large exterior screens being the “external branding”.
But don’t be fooled in to believing these buses only cater for Meetings or Hospitality type tours.
With their largely open plan, modular, upper saloons we can adapt the upper saloon to undertake a variety of other event types e.g. Training, Exhibition, Awareness or even Outreach events.
With the large digital display screen to the exterior, we can video what’s happening inside and display it on the 8 square metre screen on the outside.
Much like our corporate promotional bus class of event vehicles, the upper saloon, modular interior of the digital screen vehicle will allow for client supplied fixtures and fittings or bespoke seating, worktops, cupboards etc. to be installed.
With a serving hatch to the outside, on the lower deck, along with a Bar/Kitchen the bus can easily utilised as a sampling vehicle for experiential marketing events.
As the secondary vehicle for an existing tour, the opportunities become endless.
We undertake a large number of tours every year, on numerous occasions we have been asked to cost up a second vehicle for locations where the client wants to increase their presence, in most cases vehicle availability or the cost associated with developing and branding a second vehicle make this difficult.
By utilising a DigiBus with its Large external digital screen, low cost internal/external branding and easily adaptable interior makes this a far more viable option.
There is one thing that is guaranteed, wherever one of these digital screen vehicles attends, its presence will be noticed.
