The Bespoke promotional bus hire range is a very unique class of event vehicle within Roadshow Promotions, as these vehicles have been designed for specific contracts with very specific interiors needed by the client to undertake their duties whilst on the road.
With Roadshow Promotions the development of a bespoke vehicle occurs when a client requests a very specific interior, an interior that cannot be matched to an existing standard class interior or be built into our new corporate class buses.
Many of these bespoke builds are for training or marketing campaigns where clients want something very special and are prepared to develop what they want.
What is a bespoke class bus and how do they come in to being
When bespoke promotional bus hire type of enquiry occurs, we offer the client the opportunity to develop a bespoke interior into one of our buses, whether it’s an existing converted bus or a service bus straight from the high street.
Next, in full consultation with the client, we begin the design process of the bespoke interior, provide a cost and timescale for the work and once everything is agreed commence the development phase.
The average development time can vary dependant upon the bus used and the interior fixtures and fittings required but it is usually safe to say the development process should be complete within 13 weeks from commencement.
Once the interior is developed and the bus branded the vehicle is contracted out to the client for the duration of their campaign.
The usual contract length for clients requiring a bespoke class bus is usually between 6 and 12 months, sometimes longer, add the development and build time required to get one of these vehicles on the road and the relationship between the client and Roadshow Promotions can often be measured in years.
