Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions, has resumed its European tour with its exhibition bus, Millie, after an eight-week summer break. Millie is a custom-built promotional vehicle that showcases Medtronic’s innovative products and therapies to healthcare professionals and patients across Europe.
Millie departed from Blackpool, UK, to catch the Hull-Rotterdam ferry and then travelled to Budapest, Hungary, for a three-day cardiology conference. There, Millie displayed Medtronic’s latest devices and solutions for treating cardiovascular diseases, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, stents, and heart valves. Millie also provided interactive demonstrations and educational sessions for the attendees.
After Budapest, Millie continued its journey to other countries in East and West Europe, including Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, Estonia, and Spain. In each destination, Millie provided information on Medtronic’s innovative pacemaker and heart monitor, each claimed to be the smallest in the world.
Millie’s European tour is part of Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for millions of people around the world. By bringing its exhibition bus to different locations, Medtronic aims to increase awareness and access to its healthcare technology solutions, as well as to foster collaboration and communication with its customers and partners.
